  • Right to Redress
    If you receive a product that doesn’t meet advertised claims, you can demand a refund, replacement, or repair.

Under Republic Act No. 8792
(E-Commerce Act of 2000)

  • Your online transactions are protected by law.
    All e-commerce platforms are legally bound to uphold consumer rights just like physical stores.

  • Digital Receipts & Records
    You have the right to secure verifiable digital proof of transactions — including emails, chat logs, and order summaries.

  • Legal Accountability
